Our agency has enhanced services to our Citizens policyholders. Bettis Insurance has partnered with Citizens Insurance Customer Service Center. Now, when you have ANY questions related to your current Citizens policy, simply call (855) 722-5102
You will be connected with a licensed, trained Citizens representative who is available and authorized to handle your personal insurance needs. You can get answers to billing questions, make policy changes and verify coverage; you can also get quotes and purchase additional Citizens policies – all right on the phone, right away, and at your convenience. Now you can reach licensed representatives after normal business hours. The Citizens Service Center for Bettis Insurance customers is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
